A photo every day from my back door looking west

and here it is 4 hours later.

In front of our house is a lovely meadow of wild anemones

there are also some in my garden.

The Loquat are in blossom there is a lot of bees.

There is a lot of snow on the mountains and we shall have more this week.

  1. Oh this meadow is dreamily!
We had heavy rain at 8 in the morning. Only 2 hours later the sun was shining.
Weather, the almost last thing on earth man can't control. Not yet.

  7. Wow, that is so lovely you don't need to plant flowers to always see them, you are privileged! And your horizon is magical. I've always been curious of the kibbutz, it always has been fascinating for me because i don't know how it works. I only know a little from what we read.

  9. You must love living out in the open spaces. Just makes you want to take lots of deep breaths to take it all in.

  10. Love those Anemones, they look beautiful, wish we had them growing here instead of boring old saltbush lol!

We have a Loquat tree waiting to be planted out, hopefully it does well here. That snow looks spectacular on the mountain!

    Great photos Cathy :)

  11. What a wonderful place to live or is that just your summer home? I love the wild anemones and there is nothing so charming as a flowering meadow.

Our loquats I shared with the birds in early December or they let me have a little share. The possums love them too.
