Good morning a day of this and that but always

I hope your day is a good one

A photo every day from my back door looking west.

I started the day making some Granola it is in the oven and it smells yummy. I was asked what recipe I used ,I love to say I had one but basically its oats maple syrup honey a little bit of oil and whatever nuts and dried fruit I have in the pantry.

Took Sean for a walk came home and Daniel has a football injury  so he is upstairs resting before we take him to get a x-ray done of his foot.

Today like all the rest of the week I am Thankful that he came into my life.

  1. That was beautiful...gratitude...I try to remember to be thankful for all I have...all I have had! For water, for food, for clothing, a place to live, my family, for Don, so much to be thankful for!

  2. What a beautiful film! I'm going to share it with my daughters. I'm in the process of reading One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voscamp...really beautiful book...all about gratitude. Have a great day or evening....whenever you read this!

  4. Good morning Cathy - I enjoyed the film. But even more I enjoyed Sean's picture. He reminds me of a Pomeranian mix dog, Button, that I got from the SPCA. Button soon became Buddy, and our little Buddy liked nothing more than sitting under a bush hoping the squirrels would come nearer. Then she would bolt out yapping away, and luckily never came near to touching one. Good luck to Sean in fulfilling his dreams.
