Busy Holiday week

I love the summer holidays

when we have a lot of friends here visiting from abroad

 The flowers are blooming outdoor swimming pool is open so I hope you all have a lovely Summer holiday.

Here is the marrow I picked today I tried to get one of the boys to hold it

Worked in the Nursery today

Dont small kids say the cutest things I was drinking a cup of coffee I heard one little boy say to another "did you know that only grownups can drink coffee?"

The other little boy looked at him and answered "Coffee is only for old people"

When I came home Aled was cleaning the sitting room.

 Not all the vegetables are ruined it seems marrows love the heat but they do have a lot of shade .

Now it is too hot to be outside I can see a game of Monopoly in my future. 

The Summer holiday so far

Aled had his end of year concert 

We went to the karting at the mall in Haifa

It is realy hot here at the moment my vegetable garden is a real mess I have tried to grow vegetables in the summer  but the weather is too harsh I have not given up the idea of growing my own veg but I am looking for new ways of growing the first thing I thought of is to grow fruit trees and vines and hopefully it will give the vegetables some shade from the sun in the future.
